Serving Opportunities
ECM's work is not only being done by its missionaries. The support of the people standing behind our missionaries is just as important. You can support the work of ECM and ECM's missionaries in several ways.

ECM has a number of service opportunities. Us the search bar above to start your search.
Alongside church planters, we welcome children's workers, evangelists, pioneer workers, English teachers, musicians and people with many other gifts and skills to our teams.
We are especially looking for people who are available for church planting and church development longer term (>3 years), sometimes combined with a paid job that fits within the vision for the area. There are also short term opportunities including apprenticeships and year or summer teams.
As an ECM worker you may live where there are only a few Christians or with none at all. Through work, art, culture, children’s work, sports or other gifts and talents, you will try to make contact with local people to share the gospel and to help young believers to be disciples of Jesus.
You work in an international team together with the local church which is sometimes not any bigger than a small group. Where churches are more developed it is important that (potential) leaders are helped to mature and so you will help churches to grow in their structures, too.
We want you to go on your journey well prepared. Our starting with ECM page gives more information about this.
If you would like to know more, don’t hesitate to contact us. Even if you are not quite sure yet what you want to do or where you want to go, you are welcome to discuss your thoughts with us.
